Return Policy

At LAURACEA we want you to love your purchase.  If you’re not satisfied, we will happily accept your merchandise for return in accordance with the following terms:

LAURACEA will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price.  Worn, damaged, or altered merchandise will not be accepted for refund. You must have your original order number to process a return.  LAURACEA provides free return shipping for returns made within the continental United States. See “How to Make a Return”. Return merchandise must be shipped within 30 days of original shipment from LAURACEA.  

LAURACEA reserves the right to refuse return or refund of any merchandise that does not meet the terms of the above return policy.

How To Make A Return

Before making a return please review our return policy.
To make a return please complete our RETURN FORM. Shortly after it is submitted you will receive an email with your return label.
Once the return is accepted and processed you will be notified with a confirmation of your refund.

NOTE:  LAURACEA cannot accept online returns at live events. 

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed. Refunds will not include expedited shipping fees.

Orders Made Outside of the Continental U.S.

To return an order made outside of the continental U.S. please email us at inquiries@lauracea.com

Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. or internationally are not eligible for free shipping, free return shipping or merchandise exchanges. The purchaser is responsible for shipping, return shipping, and any applicable duties, taxes and/or tariffs fees.  Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Refunds will not include any duties, taxes and/or tariffs.
