Can I use multiple payment methods?

At this time we can only accept one form of payment per order.  

Sales Tax

LAURACEA charges all applicable state, local and county taxes on online sales transactions.  Where applicable, you may be responsible for a use tax.

When will my credit card be charged?  

Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your purchase order for processing.  

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

LAURACEA can only ship to one address per order.  To ship to multiple addresses you must place separate orders for each address.    

Shipping Exclusions

Purchases cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  

Is signature required for delivery?

Yes.  Signature is required for delivery.

How do I track my order?

LAURACEA will send you an email confirming your order.  After your order has been processed, you will receive an email stating that your order has been fulfilled and tracking information will be provided.  

Can I change or cancel an order?

Once an order has been successfully processed it cannot be changed, cancelled or modified. See RETURNS for further information.

Are there restocking fees?

There are no restocking fees for returned merchandise.

How can I confirm authenticity?

The only place to purchase authentic LAURACEA merchandise is on the LAURACEA website or direct at a LAURACEA event. Any LAURACEA products offered at other retail avenues are counterfeit imitation products lacking the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that genuine LAURACEA products possess. Authentic LAURACEA products are made in Italy with exceptional craftsmanship using luxury materials.
